1. Free Plan
The Free plan costs nothing and requires no payment method, so there's nothing to refund. You can use it for as long as you like.
2. Pro Plan Subscriptions
Pro is billed either monthly or annually in advance, as described on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't automatically refund the current billing period — see below for our refund window.
3. 7-Day Refund Window
If you're not satisfied with Pro within the first 7 days of a new subscription or a renewal, we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. Requests made after 7 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis; we're reasonable about genuine billing errors, accidental renewals, or technical issues that prevented you from using the Service.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@sparkschool.ai with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
5. School & Institutional Agreements
School-wide deployments are billed under a separate order form or agreement negotiated with your school. Refund terms for these agreements are set out in that contract and take precedence over this policy. Contact your SparkSchool AI account representative, or book a call with our team, for questions about an institutional agreement.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time; changes apply to purchases made after the update. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
