Refund Policy

School Subscriptions

For annual school subscriptions:

• 30-day satisfaction guarantee: Full refund within 30 days of purchase if unsatisfied
• Pro-rata refund: After 30 days, refunds are calculated pro-rata based on unused months
• Pilot programs: Pilot subscriptions may have different terms as specified in your agreement
• Custom contracts: Enterprise agreements follow terms specified in the contract

Eligible for Refund

• Platform doesn't work as described in product documentation
• Critical features are unavailable for extended periods
• Curriculum alignment doesn't meet your board requirements
• Technical issues prevent normal use despite our support efforts

Not Eligible for Refund

• Change of mind after the 30-day satisfaction period
• Failure to use the platform during the subscription period
• Issues caused by your own systems, network, or browser
• Violation of our Terms of Service leading to account suspension
• Credit packages already consumed

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact our support team at billing@sparkschool.ai with your school name and subscription details
2. Provide reason for the refund request and any relevant documentation
3. Allow 5-7 business days for our team to review your request
4. Refund processing takes 10-14 business days after approval

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

• Credit/Debit cards: 5-10 business days to appear on statement
• Bank transfer: 10-14 business days
• Invoice payments: Credit note or direct refund as per agreement

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• Contact our team at billing@sparkschool.ai or through your account settings
• Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
• We will export your data upon request before account closure
• No penalty fees for cancellation
