Start with Why
Before choosing any technology, be clear about the problems you're solving. Teacher burnout? Inconsistent curriculum delivery? Lack of data for decisions? Technology without purpose creates chaos.
Lead by Example
Use the tools yourself. If you're asking teachers to adopt AI lesson planning, try generating a few lessons yourself first. Your enthusiasm (or skepticism) will be contagious.
Celebrate Early Wins
Find your early adopters. Support them. Celebrate their successes publicly. These success stories will do more for adoption than any mandate.
